EZZY ITS II.
EZZY ITS II is a development and refinement version of EZZY ITS I. In addition, EZZY ITS II is the answer to the question of whether ITS can make electric cars consistently. EZZY ITS I and II are engineered to be use in comfort and excellent way . Complete documentations and sketches allow teams to duplicate it easily and make it even better than its “brother”, EZZY ITS I.

After several tests, Ezzy ITS II electric cars proven that it has better quality and ability than Ezzy ITS I. It can be seen from the speed of this car which reach maximum speed of 180 kilometers per hour. This is a significant increase compared to Ezzy ITS I that is only able to travel a maximum speed of 50 kilometers per hour. Secondly, Ezzy ITS II’s mileage works better than its predecessor. It can goes through the distance of 130 kilometers with battery of 20 KWh for one charge, while Ezzy ITS I car only able to goes through the distance of 25 kilometers per once charge. In addition, the distribution of weight on Ezzy ITS II is also improved, making it better and more comfortable in terms of stability level.

The process of making Ezzy ITS II is almost as the same as the process of making Ezzy ITS I. The first step is to make basic concepts as well as the design analysis on the mechanical and electrical side. The method used in this research is applied research method with numerical simulation using Solid Work software.
Just like EZZY ITS I, EZZY II electric car manufacturing process includes body and chassis. After going through the manufacturing process, all parts of the car will run through assembling process. It is the stage of assembling all parts that have been made into single unity. The success rate of this stage depends on the previous planning process.
